Welcome to the North Norfolk Multiple Sclerosis Society

A member of the East Anglia Region of the MS Society

Our branch serves the MS community across North Norfolk and has a membership of about one hundred. Whilst the region is quite large and rural, with many scattered towns and villages, we aim to keep in touch with all our members and to arrange events which are accessible to as many people as possible. Our regular newsletter lets people know what help and support is available to members and their families and keeps everyone informed about the various activities which take place.

Life & Multiple Sclerosis Day Group (LAMS)

LAMS is a day group for people in North Norfolk living with MS.
Southrepps Village Hall, Mondays (except Bank Holidays) 10am-3pm.

Our Cromer Holiday Chalet

Just the place to spend a week relaxing in very pleasant surroundings.

Events & Outings

A group of friends, some of whom are still working, meet regularly at various places and at different times of the day throughout our area.
No agenda, no pressure, just a drink, a chat and a laugh.

Our Christmas party and occasional Carers' dinners are always very well attended and provide a great opportunity to get together with other members and to meet the committee.
