** LAMS Day Centre **
Our venue is Southrepps Village Hall with excellent facilities and car parking.
Mondays 10am-3pm, Crossroads carers on hand to meet any needs, exercise sessions, massage, activities and (of course) good company!
LAMS is the the day centre for people in North Norfolk living with Multiple Sclerosis.
Meetings are every Monday (except Bank Holidays), from 10.00am to 3.00pm at Southrepps Village Hall. For members with no care needs, subs are £5 per week (to include hot & cold drinks & biscuits). There is an additional charge for those who require care from our Crossroads team.- Physical, practical and social
- A chance to get out and meet new friends in a relaxed environment
- Trained Carer Support Workers from Crossroads attend every meeting
- Transport can usually be arranged, for a contribution of £5.00
- Light refreshments on sale to eat at lunchtime.
- Welfare advice is available with a wide range of information about MS
- LAMS is a useful base for members to meet with our local neurological nurse
Activities are decided by the members and include exercise sessions, massage, arts and crafts, Scrabble and other board games or the chance to just chat with friends.
